    • Aune Elizabeth Paulson, dau hter
      of Mr. and Mrs. Gust Paulson living
      12 miles west of Willow River, passed
      away at the family home Wednesday,
      May 22, at 7 o?clock in the evening.
      The young woman was taken ill about
      three weeks before her death but
      seemed to be recovering when upon
      Wednesday her condition became
      worse and she passed away that evening.
      Miss Paulson was born at the home
      of her parents February 29, 1920, and
      was 15 years, 2 months and 24 days
      of age at the time of her death. She
      entered the eighth grade of the Willow
      River school in 1933 and the
      freshman class in the fall of 1934.
      She was one of the honor students of
      her class and was confirmed by Rev.
      .1. O. Johanson in the Nordland Lutheran
      church on July' 29, 1934.
      The funeral services were held
      from her home church Saturday at
      2 p. m. with Rev. Johanson officiating.
      Songs were rendered by Miss Olive
      Falk. Mrs. Anton Suk, and by four
      members of the deceased?s confirmation
      class. The parents, two sisters,
      Mrs. Toivo Wahtola of Minneapolis,
      and Lillian at home, and five brothers.
      Palmer of Denham. Arnold. John.
      Gordon and Alvin, all at home, remain
      to mourn the loss.
      The pallbearers at the funeral
      were, Norman Delly, Carl Holmquist.
      Ray Norbick. Orville Fransen, Ed
      Anderson and Clarence Christianson.
      Burial was made in Nordland cemetery.
      Deep sympathy is extended by the
      entire countryside to the bereaved
      family in the loss of a beloved member.
